Pet-Friendly Apartments in Carmel, IN at VER at Proscenium
VER at Proscenium is proud to offer pet-friendly apartment living in Midtown Carmel. We welcome up to two pets per apartment home and provide a community environment designed to support both residents and their four-legged companions. With walkable access to the Monon Trail and nearby green space, daily exercise and outdoor time are convenient and enjoyable.

Pet Policy & Community Guidelines
We allow up to two pets per apartment home and accept common household pets, including dogs and cats. Birds, fish, reptiles, rodents, and other exotic animals are not permitted.
Pet Fees & Monthly Rent
- Non-refundable pet fee: $350 per pet
- Monthly pet rent: $30 per pet
To ensure a comfortable living environment for all residents, pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets, keeping pets on a leash while outside the apartment, preventing excessive barking or disturbances, and maintaining current vaccinations. Residents can also enjoy shared outdoor areas described on our amenities page.
Breed Restrictions & Safety Standards
To protect our residents and community, we reserve the right to deny any pet that may be deemed aggressive or dangerous. Unless acting as a service animal, the following breeds and their mixes are not permitted:
- Akita
- American Bulldog
- Chow
- Doberman
- Husky
- German Shepherd
- Pitbull / Staffordshire Terrier
- Rottweiler
