You may place a work order through your Rent Cafe account or call the office and press the extension for routine or emergency maintenance

5. How can I contact emergency maintenance?

Call the office number.

6. What happens if I am locked out?

If you are locked out during business hours, stop by the office with your id to grab a copy of your key. After hours, call a local locksmith like A-American Locksmith at 404.516.3348.

Yes. We require proof of insurance coverage for your apartment home of a minimum of $100,000.

Yes, we require a 60-day notice and the buy-out fee to be paid.
